Thanks for your interest in hosting a cosplay gathering at LVL UP EXPO 2026! Cosplay meetups are an important part of our community, and we’re happy to support yours.

As you complete the form, please be mindful when estimating your group size, as we offer several gathering locations that vary in capacity. Final locations will be assigned closer to our event, April 24-26.
