Photographers attending EV‑run events are required to supply 10 images from each event they cover.
These may be specified by the Event Director — for example, images featuring particular sponsor signage, award presentations, or other key moments — or requested after the event.
Please upload high‑resolution images via this form within one week of the event’s conclusion.
Submitted images may be used across Equestrian Victoria platforms, including our website, social media, printed materials, and presentations, for a period of five years from the date of supply.
By uploading images or providing an access link, you confirm that you grant Equestrian Victoria permission to use these images in line with the above.
