  • Deadline:

    All entry forms and fees should be submitted online by Friday, August 21, 2026. However, if the contestant wants their photo ad in the program book, a 3x5 photo ad (no larger) must be submitted no later than Friday, August 14, 2026. Program ads are $25. We will only be accepting program ads for the first 25 contestants in each division. All entries should include a completed application and registration fee, no exceptions. No refunds unless pageant is canceled. Sponsor fees are non-refundable. If you choose to submit cash or check, please mail to PO Box 52, Sylvester, GA 31791. Electronic payments will be accepted via Venmo to @sylvesterwomansclub.
  • Admission:

    Admission is $8 per person. Only contestants and children under 3 get in free. The pageant will be held at the WCHS gymnatorium on August 29, 2026, at 5:00 pm. Doors will open at 3:00 pm. Please submit this application by August 21 and mail check no later than that date to: P.O. Box 52, Sylvester, Ga. 31791. Applications/Payments may also be dropped off at the Sylvester-Worth County Chamber of Commerce, 122 N. Main Street, Monday-Friday 9a-5p or paid via Venmo app to @sylvesterwomansclub.
  • Prizes:

    This is a scholarship pageant. Prizes will be awarded as follows: Miss receives $1000 (half at the park during the Peanut Festival and the remaining half at the night of next year’s pageant. Teen Miss receives $500 (half at the park during the Peanut Festival and the remaining half the night of next year’s pageant). All younger queens receive $100 at the park during the festival. There will also be a “People’s Ga Peanut Sweetheart” title, which goes to the contestant with the most votes (votes are submitted by donating funds to the pageant in the contestant’s bag) and the winner will receive a sash and a crown, and will participate in events with the age division queens. Optionals include: Best Smile, Best Hair, and Best Dress (these categories will be included in registration fee). Winners of optional categories will receive a certificate.
  • This is a natural pageant for ages 0-21. Attire is Sunday best for ages 0-9. If you would wear it to church, it will be perfect for the pageant. Small stones/pearls are fine but just remember, Sunday best. Absolutely NO makeup, spray tans or fake hair are allowed for ages 0-9. We do enforce these rules!!! Ages 10-up can have spray tans, makeup and hair extensions if they choose. However, we encourage each contestant to have an age appropriate look. Ages 10-up will compete in pageant/formal dress. The girls will only compete in their dresses.

    GEORGIA PEANUT FESTIVAL (GPF) PAGEANT
    REPRESENTATIONS AND COVENANTS
    *I do hereby agree to follow all rules and regulations of the Georgia Peanut Festival Pageant.
    *Contestants must compete in the age division they are on the day of the pageant.
    *Contestant must be a legal resident of Georgia.
    *Each age division is open to all Georgia counties.
    *Contestants may be sponsored by Family, Friends, or Businesses.
    *A $40 fee will be added to all return checks.
    *Must agree to get permission from the Director before promoting or representing the Peanut Pageant in any other event.
    *Contestants must be of good moral character and never have been convicted of a crime.
    *The pageant will be conducted under the rules set forth by the Director and the GPF and the contestant agrees that the time, manner,
    and method of judging the pageant shall be solely within the discretion of the Director and the GPF and the judge’s decisions are final.
    *Queens agree to attend all Georgia Peanut Festival functions and other functions scheduled by the Pageant Director.
    *I agree to assure that the contestant will conduct herself in an orderly manner and well represent the GPF and Georgia peanuts.
    *Contestant does not have any deterrents that will keep her from any obligations, duties, and responsibilities of the GPF.
    *If the contestant is selected as runner-up, I agree that the contestant will be available to take the title if the reigning queen should be
    removed for any reason or otherwise be unable to carry out her duties as reigning queen.
    *As the parent/guardian of the contestant, I acknowledge that the participation of the contestant in all activities is with consent and
    approval.
    *Should there be a problem of any kind during the pageant or related events, the contestant is to go to the Director or any GPF Member.
    *Any unruly, unsportsmanlike, or unbecoming conduct by a contestant or any member of her entourage, or any disregard for the rules
    and regulations of the pageant could result in immediate dismissal from further competition without refund. Depending on the severity of the action or behavior, it could result in a permanent barrier from future competition of the Georgia Peanut Festival Pageant.     *I release and forever discharge GPF, the Sylvester-Worth County Chamber of Commerce, Sylvester Woman's Club, Pageant Director Kristi Jordan, and any other organization affiliated with
    the GPF from all injuries, claims, loss, damages, fees, and costs incurred as a contestant including my entourage in the pageant.
