Collaboration Overview

Purpose: To feature local artists’ designs on Crafted Kohi greeting cards.

Partnership Type: Non-exclusive (artists can still work with other brands or projects).

Commission: Artists receive 15% of the selling price for every card sold featuring their design. This rate applies to each physical greeting card that is successfully sold through Crafted Kohi’s platforms (e.g., Shopee shopee.ph/craftedkohi, direct orders, social media accounts, etc.).

Artist Rights & Credit

• The artist retains full ownership and copyright of their original artwork.
• Crafted Kohi is granted permission to use the design only for printed greeting cards and related marketing.
• The artist’s name or signature may be included on the card design or in product listings when possible.
  
  

 Commission Terms

• Commission is 15% based on the selling price per card sold.
• Payments are made monthly or on an agreed schedule.
• Sales reports can be shared upon request.

Ending the Collaboration

• Either party can end the collaboration at any time with written notice.
• Any pending commissions for sold items will still be honored.

Crafted Kohi – Local Artist Artwork Submission Guidelines

To maintain consistency and print quality for our greeting cards, please follow these submission requirements:

Artwork Theme:

•Designs should fit any of the following themes:

Anniversary / Love / Valentines Day

• Feel free to express your own art style. Minimalist, cute, modern, or traditional, as long as it suits our Shopee shop audience (gift-givers and card collectors who love simple, meaningful, and handmade-inspired designs).

Artwork Size:

• Standard front cover: 4 x 6 inches (for the folded card front design)

• Optional full-card layout: A5 size (5.8 x 8.3 inches) if you wish to design the entire folded card (front and back).

File Format:

• Submit digital copy only in PNG or JPEG format, at least High Resolution for printing.

Originality:

• Artwork must be original and created solely by the artist. No copied, traced, or AI-generated designs.

• By submitting, the artist confirms full ownership of the artwork and grants permission for its use in printed greeting cards sold through the Shop’s Shopee store and related marketing materials.
