General Information:
Thank you for your willingness to set up a resource table at the 2026 PACT Convening!
This year we will host a dedicated resource space inside the hotel with opportunities for attendees to peruse tables and pick up materials throughout the day at leisure and on breaks.
Our hope is that you will set up your table for the full 2.5 Day event, leave materials to be picked up by attendees and return to collect any leftover items on September 24th anytime by 12:00 pm.
There is no expectation to have someone at your table, however, if you would like to connect with attendees, please note the breaks and meal times on the agenda and make plans accordingly.
We appreciate the critical work you and your agency do each and every day to prevent and address child trafficking.
Here are few details to note:
Location: Marriott Rancho Cordova
11211 Point East Dr. Rancho Cordova, CA 95742
Set up Time: Tuesday, Sept. 22nd @ 7:00am- 9:00am. Please check in at the Convening Registration Table in the Foyer and ensure your table is completely set up by 9:00am.
Exhibitor Hall opens @ 9:30am on September 22nd.
- Tables are 6 ft long and will have a tablecloth. You may bring your own as well.
- Due to space there are only up to 2 chairs (available upon request) - not all tables have capacity for chairs and cannot be guaranteed due to the space.
- We encourage you to make your table visually interesting - bring examples of resources and + links to QR Codes to download digital content and/or printed takeaways.
- There will not be Wi-Fi or a guaranteed power outlet for you to connect to or charge any electronics you may bring.
- Pick up times: Please plan to collect all of your remaining items by 12:00pm on Thursday Sept. 24th.
