Booking Cancellation Form
Cancellations make it very difficult to manage coaches' schedules and slots. We also have to pay an extra cost for customer service and admin fees to handle cancellations/rescheduling. Please only cancel/reschedule if it is an emergency. Our coaches and business should not be the ones affected if something unfortunate happens.
1on1s
48 Hours or more before the session: no charge- 24-48 hours before the session: we'll allow you to reschedule if we can fill up the spot, or we'll enable you to make up with a group Technical class within 7 days.- Less than 24 hours: no rescheduling allowed within 24 hours.
Small Groups
48 Hours or more before the session: No charge- Within 24-48 hours: If there's only 1 other person in the group, they will pay a 1-on-1 fee*Please reach out to our admins.
Large Groups
48 Hours or more before the session: No charge- Within 24-48 hours: You can make up with a class that same week.
