This survey is organised by the environmental charity Hubbub, who are working with Ecosurety and Lambeth Council on a project focussed on improving recycling in Lambeth.
Once you’ve completed the survey, you’ll have the option to be entered into a prize draw with the chance to win a £50 Love2Shop voucher.

The information you share in this survey will remain anonymous, unless you choose to provide your email address. If you do provide an email address, it will only be held by Hubbub and will not be shared with Lambeth Council, Serco, Ecosurety, or any other partners. No personally identifiable information will be shared with our partners, anonymous survey responses may be shared with Lambeth Council, Serco and Ecosurety for reporting purposes.
This survey may only be completed by those aged 18+.
The answers you share will help us understand what people think about recycling in Lambeth. Hubbub will retain any personal data only for as long as necessary and in accordance with our data retention policy. You have the right to access, correct, or request deletion of your data.

If you share your email address to be entered into the prize draw for a chance to win a £50 Love2Shop voucher, a winner will be chosen at random and contacted via email by 30th January 2026. If you do not respond to this email by Friday 6th February 2026 to confirm acceptance of the voucher, the voucher will be awarded at random to another survey respondent.
