AHDR PEACE CAMP - Reimagined 🌍
From Sunday, July 5th to Saturday, July 11th 2026, the AHDR Peace Camp Reimagined is heading to Kornos, Larnaca district, and you could be part of it!
This camp offers a unique opportunity for young people aged 14–17 to meet new friends, explore different perspectives, and take part in engaging peace education workshops that encourage understanding and dialogue. 🏕️

WHO CAN APPLY?
To be part of this amazing experience, you must:
🔹 Be 14 - 17 years old as of July 5th, 2026 (born between July 6, 2008, and July 5, 2012)
🔹 Be legally able to cross checkpoints
🔹 Have at least B1 level English (Check your level here) - no certificate required!
🔹 Pay a participation fee of 50€ / 2500 TL if your application is successful
📢 IMPORTANT
Shortlisted applicants will be invited to join us for an interview day on April 19th. Attendance on the interview day is mandatory!

Only 22 applicants will be selected for the Camp!

ℹ️ FURTHER INFORMATION
The AHDR Peace Camp Reimagined is funded under the scope of the 'Imagine' project by the Foreign Office of the Federal Republic of Germany.
The camp aims to develop trust among young people from all the communities in Cyprus and equip them with the necessary knowledge and skills to deconstruct stereotypes and misconceptions about each other, contributing to a peaceful and inclusive society.
Participants will explore concepts related to a Culture of Peace and Non-violence, critically examine dominant narratives, explore different perspectives and strengthen their competences in regards to dialogue.
The core activities, designed and implemented by skilled and experienced educators and facilitators, are based on a range of peace education, sports, and arts methodologies and tools, as well as outdoor education, touching upon topics such as intersectionality, human rights, active listening, narratives in public space, and multi-perspectivity.
