CIRCLE SESSIONS: FUNDING & PAYMENT

Circle sessions have a value of £200 per day, payable half-termly in advance. Places are held for a full term to support consistency and group stability. We want to ensure sessions remain accessible, so a limited number of supported places are available for families who may need them.

SITE TOURS
We offer monthly site visits as part of our enquiry process. Families are invited to visit the woodland with their child or young person to meet the facilitators, experience the setting first-hand, and begin exploring whether Circle feels like the right fit.
- Visits take place on selected dates, from 3:30–4:00pm. They are held in small groups, last up to 30 minutes, and are offered at no cost.
- Please attend with your child/young person.
- The visit gives you space to ask questions and see how your child responds to the environment. It also allows us to understand your child more fully and consider whether the group would be a positive match.
- Attending a site visit does not commit you to booking a place, and a visit does not guarantee a space. It is simply a mutual opportunity to explore suitability with care and clarity before any next steps are taken.
