  • 1. Space is limited and will be allocated strictly to those who have provided the required paperwork and those considered to offer an appropriate, quality product.

     

    2. Marquee structures will be permitted at the Event; however, this will be dependent on their suitability for the event in relation to appearance and structural integrity.  Traders will not be permitted to erect any structures out with, in front of or on top of their structure without explicit permission from the Event Organisers.  Please note that power is not provided.

     

    3. All electrical appliances must be PAT (Portable Appliance Test) certificated.  Certificates should be visible for inspection.

     

    4. Please note stock cannot be fixed to the covered structure; however, items can be displayed in free standing equipment provided by the Trader within their designated trading area.

     

    5. Please Note: No organisation may raise funds by way of charitable collections

     

    6. Please Note: Due to the nature of our licence, no organisation may sell alcohol

     

    7. Please keep a copy of your application form for your records.

     

    8. The Event Organisers reserve the right to refuse any application
