For Integrity and/or Liability purposes: I do not do room matching service, I no longer book vacations less than 90 days in advance, I do not price match online tour companies, compete with fellow advisors, show a breakdown of pricing for a package, except insurance details. My service is not focused solely on providing the cheapest price as the service I provide is focused on providing the best experiences which may not always be the cheapest.

Payment plans: Trips booked less than 120-160 days before departure must be paid in full because they typically require final payment 30–45 days before departure for flights and vacation packages, while cruises often require final payment 60–120 days in advance. Early booking allows for more installments, with many plans dividing costs into monthly payments starting from registration.

Please note: Deposit is required at time of booking. We will need your credit card information at the time of booking and a signed credit card authorization form.

  🔹We start with a complimentary consultation so I can learn your style and your must-haves. After our call, you’ll receive a recap and the invoice for my nonrefundable Concierge Care Fee. This fee covers my time, expertise, trip design, trip monitoring, and any other extra expenses of your vacation experience.
  
  🔹Once that is complete, you officially become my client and I will get started researching and planning your custom trip.
  
  Proposal Timeline
  
  🔹Domestic Travel: I will follow up via email with a customized proposal tailored to your vacation request within 5 - 7 business days.
  
  🔹International/Groups/Multi-Stop Travel: I will follow up via email with a customized proposal tailored to your vacation request within 7-14 business days.
  
  🔹If you approve the proposal, I will email you a number of documents for you to complete so we can move forward with your trip.
  
  🔹Once you secure your trip, I will email your itinerary and any other documents needed.

  It is the your responsibility to obtain all valid travel documents for all travelers on your trip. These valid travel documents such as passports, visas, inoculation certificate and family legal documents are required for boarding and re-entry into the United States and other countries. Guests should check with their government of authority to determine the travel documents needed for each destination, including the port of embarkation (if applicable). However, I will help if needed.
