Transfer files to the NORDIA2026 Exhibition Committee
You can upload scans of your introductory sheet, synopsis, and exhibit pages. Please complete this form separately for each exhibit. Fill in at least the fields marked with a red asterisk *

If you have updated the introductory sheet and/or synopsis of your exhibit, then please upload them by April 12th by using this form. Scans of exhibit pages can also be uploaded until April 12th.

The exhibit title should be the same as in the NORDIA2026 application, changes to the title are no longer accepted.
Name each exhibit page file so it appears in the correct order within a folder. Use sequential numbering with leading zeros, for example:

01, 02, … for exhibits under 100 pages (e.g., 01.jpg, 02.jpg)
001, 002, … for exhibits of 100 pages or more (e.g., 001.jpg, 002.jpg)
Alternatively: exhibit001.jpg, exhibit002.jpg, …
Alternatively you can combine the entire exhibit into one PDF file.

Accepted file formats are .jpg, .png, or .pdf. Submissions that do not follow this requirement may not be processed due to technical or scheduling constraints.
Scans should be at a resolution of 300 dpi.
