First Baptist Christian Day School STUDENT REGISTRATION

---PLEASE KNOW--- completing this form does NOT guarantee registration for your child! We will need to confirm availability for each registration. Once we confirm there is a slot available, you will receive an email from the Day School. Then, you will be asked to send in the required $125 nonrefundable registration fee.

Once we confirm the spot and receive the fee, your registration will be confirmed.

You may pay this fee with a check made out to First Baptist Christian Day School, or Zelle to toteach.fbcds@gmail.com. Please put your childs name on the memo line on the check or in Zelle.

After one week, if FBCDS has not received your Registration Fee, we will send you a reminder email. If we get no response, we will contact you directly.
