Alianza Award

APPLICATION
The Alianza Award recognizes an organization, such as an association, association management company, nonprofit, or vendor*, that has made meaningful contributions to advancing Latino leadership, representation, and cultural inclusion within the workplace, community, and/or professional organization.

*Vendors must actively work with and support associations or nonprofit organizations.
Eligibility
- Sustained and continuous impact in the Latino community.
- Must be an association, association management company, non-profit or vendor.
- Vendors must work and support associations and non-profits.
- Nominees may have any number of years in business and any number of employees.
- The organization’s Executive Director or CEO must endorse and support the nomination.
- Members of the Association Latinos (AL) Board, the AL Awards & Recognition Committee, awards judges, and past recipients of this award are not eligible to be nominated.
- Members of the AL Board, the AL Awards & Recognition Committee and awards judges are not eligible to nominate or endorse others.
