The Youth Build Program is designed to provide you with:
Skills Training - Hands-on training in building trades and construction
Education Support - Academic instruction and GED/High School Diploma pathways
Career Development - Job readiness training, interview preparation, and

Leadership Development - Mentorship, personal development, and communityengagement opportunities
Supportive Services - Case management, counseling, and resource navigation
By accepting this offer and enrolling in the Youth Build Program, you commit to:
1. Attendance and Punctuality - Attending all scheduled program sessions and
training activities with consistent punctuality
2. Academic Engagement - Actively participating in educational components and
working toward your diploma or GED
3. Skill Development - Fully engaging in hands-on training with a positive attitude and
commitment to learning
4. Professional Conduct - Demonstrating respect for instructors, peers, and the
training environment; following all program policies and procedures
5. Safety Compliance - Adhering to all safety protocols and wearing required
protective equipment
6. Personal Development - Engaging in mentorship, goal-setting, and self-reflection
activities
7. Communication - Maintaining open communication with your case manager and
notifying staff of any absences or challenge
Program Expectations
Program Duration: 6 month
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 11:00 AM - 3:00 PM
Start Date: Febuary 1st, 2026
Location: Inspire Togeteher Los Angeles Office

Regular check-ins and progress monitoring
Program Policies
All participants are expected to:
Comply with the Youth Build Program Handbook (provided during orientation)
Respect the diversity and dignity of all program members and staff
Maintain confidentiality regarding personal information shared by peers
Report any safety concerns immediately to staff
Complete all required documentation and forms
Violation of program policies may result in disciplinary action, up to and including removal from the program.
