Competition Information
For this event, all participants must set up a booth within a designated 10x10 space. Each booth should be decorated, as there will be a competition for the Most Festive Booth. Additional competition categories include Best Business and Best Amateur. Based on previous years' attendance, participants are asked to prepare enough salsa to serve approximately 350 people.
