I understand that participation as a volunteer with Valley Paw Partners may involve activities that carry inherent risks, including but not limited to physical activity, interaction with animals, equipment uses, or working at various locations.

In consideration of being permitted to participate as a volunteer, I hereby agree to release, indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Valley Paw Partners, its officers, directors, employees, agents, representatives, and affiliates from and against any and all claims, demands, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to my participation in volunteer activities, except to the extent caused by the gross negligence or willful misconduct of the organization.

I acknowledge that I am voluntarily participating and assume full responsibility for any risk of injury, loss, or damage, whether caused by negligence or otherwise, to the fullest extent permitted by law. This indemnification shall remain in effect during and after my volunteer service with Valley Paw Partners.
