2026 ASI Elections Slate Declaration Form
This form is used to formally declare a Slate for the 2026 ASI Elections.
All candidates listed on this form must have already submitted a Candidate Elections Application and received eligibility confirmation from the ASI Executive Director.
Submission of this form does not replace individual or Presidential Ticket applications.
Slates are limited to a minimum of three (3) candidates and a maximum of six (6) candidates per slate.
Slate registration must be submitted before the start of the official campaign period.
Required Acknowledgements & Certification
I understand that if this slate falls below the minimum requirement of three (3) eligible members at any time after submission, the slate will be dissolved in accordance with the ASI Elections Code.I understand that candidates may not identify or campaign as a slate unless and until this Slate Registration Form has been approved by ASI Elections.I understand that campaign rules, expenditure limits, and shared resources apply jointly to all members of a recognized slate.I certify that no executive position has been listed more than once in the Slate Information, except for Director positions representing different colleges or constituencies.I certify that if this slate includes a Presidential Ticket, both an ASI President candidate and an ASI Executive Vice President candidate are listed in the Slate Member Roster.I have read the entirety of the 2026 ASI Elections Code and understand the provisions outlined in Article V on Slates.
