APPLICATION
The Impacto Award recognizes an individual who has made meaningful contributions to advancing Latino leadership, increasing representation, and promoting cultural visibility within their workplace, community, or professional organization.
Eligibility
- Sustained and continuous impact in the Latino community.
- Nominees must be employed by an association, association management company, nonprofit organization, or vendor.* *Vendors must actively work with and support associations or nonprofit organizations.
- Nominees do not need to identify as Latino but must demonstrate a clear and consistent commitment to advancing Latino leadership, culture, and representation.
- Members of the Association Latinos (AL) Board, the AL Awards & Recognition Committee, awards judges, and past recipients of this award are not eligible to participate.
- Members of the AL Board, the AL Awards & Recognition Committee are not eligible to endorse others.
