  • Sponsorship Program

  • The Bluegrass sponsorship Program is designed to help contestants to earn their fees paid to the state competitions and so much more! The program book showcases each contestant in the pageant with their photo, name, and age division. Each contestant is required to sell one page in the program book, however 2 pages sold pays your entry fee.

As outlined below, you can earn additional incentives for selling more than one ad page. For example, selling two pages satisfies your ad requirement and also covers your $150 entry fee in full! The more pages you sell, the more awards you will earn! You can even be crowned on stage as a Miss Kentucky Bluegrass Ambassador - which automatically qualifies you for Nationals!

Ad pages should be 8.5x11” and ready to print. You can sell pages to a single person/advertiser or a family member, or you can have multiple sections to create a full page. For example, 2 advertisers could share a page for $75 each. Ad pages should be submitted print ready, either uploaded online 3/22 or postmarked/turned in person by 03/20.

We suggest asking friends, family, and places of business that your family frequently visit. You can also use social media to share your Bluegrass journey and attract support.
