• High Country Expeditions 2026 Employment Application

    Thank you for your interest in joining High Country Expeditions for the 2026 season. We’re entering our 27th season as an outfitter in Oregon. Our main outpost is based in McKenzie Bridge, Oregon, where we coordinate operations across Oregon and Northern California, with an early-season base outside of Sisters for our Owyhee trips. Limited staff housing/camping may be available (Wi-Fi, showers, covered outdoor kitchen, refrigeration, secure storage). Some team members set up a seasonal base on-site, while others commute daily or stay 2–3 days at a time and head home to Central Oregon or the greater Eugene area. We work hard to be flexible and pragmatic with scheduling, balancing the demands of tourism with a healthy, safe spring/summer experience. Please complete the application below.
