Payment Terms & Conditions
Payment is required in full at the time of order submission and is processed securely through PayPal, including PayPal Buy Now Pay Later if selected.
An order is not considered officially accepted until payment has been successfully processed and approved by PayPal. RIDGE HAVEN BLINDS reserves the right to delay production in the event of payment review, processing delays, holds, disputes, reversals, or authorization issues.
Production will not begin until payment approval has been confirmed.
Due to the custom-built nature of all products, orders may not be canceled once production has begun. Production is considered active once materials have been allocated, fabrication has started, or the unit has been scheduled into the active build cycle.
Cancellation requests submitted prior to production approval may be reviewed at the sole discretion of RIDGE HAVEN BLINDS and may be subject to administrative or processing fees.
Any modification requests after order confirmation may result in additional charges, material restocking fees, labor adjustments, and potential production delays. RIDGE HAVEN BLINDS reserves the right to refuse modification requests that compromise structural integrity, safety standards, or production scheduling.
Any chargebacks, payment reversals, or unauthorized payment disputes initiated after production has begun may be subject to recovery of associated costs, including administrative, material, labor, and legal expenses to the extent permitted by law.
By submitting payment, the customer acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Payment Terms & Conditions.
