Non-ticketed aides are individuals who attend ApollyCon alongside a ticketed attendee to provide assistance related to a medical need. This may include help with carrying items, standing in lines, or providing necessary medical support.

To ensure a fair and consistent experience for all attendees, non-ticketed aides may not bring items to be signed, may not add items to the ticketed attendee’s three-item signing limit, and are not eligible to receive event swag.
