  • MAKE YOUR CLASS SELECTIONS

    Please arrange your 1ST, 2ND and 3RD class preferences by dragging and arranging the choices below. (Your #1 choice will be on top, 2nd below that, etc.) To assign your class we will only be looking at the top three selections.

    PLEASE NOTE: Sherri Thornton's and Nina Tran's classes are currently filled. You may choose either of these classes as your first choice; however you will be placed on a wait list with no guarantee of getting in. You will be assigned to your second or third choice class based on your registration number.

    CLASS SELECTIONS ARE FINAL.

  • We are in need of a few volunteers during the week. Please select where you'd like to offer your time. (This will not interfere with class time.) You may select multiple options!

  • SHARE YOUR WARES AT MARKET NIGHT! All participants are encouraged to sell their calligraphic creations at our Market Night on Wednesday, July 22 at 7:30pm. Vendor fee is $25. There is no commission collected on sales at the retreat.*
  • REGISTRATION PAYMENT 

    To register and receive your class assignment, YOU MUST BE PAID IN FULL.*

    You will receive a follow up email with your Into the Heartland registration number.

    A separate email will be sent with your final class assignment in March.

        Retreat Fees

        This fee includes a NON-REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT of $150, single room accommodation from July 19-23, 2026, meals and snacks, use of classrooms and hotel amenities AND your instructor tuition fee.  Please refer to the refund policy in the retreat information page, as linked above.
