2026 - Impact 2818 Scholarship Application

To apply for financial aid for your camper(s) event fee, please complete this form. In order for the application to be processed, you are required to attach a photo or scan the first page of your tax return (usually IRS form 1040) to confirm your household's Adjusted Gross Income.
