On-Tour Consultation
Please fill out the following information for your 30-minute on-tour consultation which will take place at the Midwest Genealogy Center during the tour.
The genealogist you meet with will refer to this sheet during your consultation. When filling out this form it's helpful to focus on a specific question or goal, to include the most relevant facts that relate to your question, and to include records and sources you've already checked. Links to public Ancestry trees are appreciated!
