2026 MBWMF Booth Space/Vendor Application

Montclair Beer Wine & Music Festival

Event location: Mountain Blvd at LaSalle Ave. Oakland CA 94611

The Montclair Village Association Presents: 2026 Montclair Beer, Wine & Music Festival (MBWMF).

Expected attendance is 3500, drawing Montclair residents and from the greater Bay Area. Primary features include beer and wine tasting, live music, family-friendly activities, community outreach and vendor booths.

Tasting package sales benefit the Montclair Village Association (a 501(c)3 organization) and our community projects.

This event does not take applications for hot food vending.

Participation includes:
● 10x10 Space at the event (setup from 9AM-11AM, breakdown after 6:30PM)

● Free parking in the garage at the top of La Salle for vehicles under 6 feet 8 inches

Rental products such as a canopy or tables will be available at an additional cost.
Vendor spaces are sold out for 2025 - if you wish to leave your informaiton here we can contact you if there is a cancellation. thank you
