By signing below, I/we expressly represent the child listed here and herein release The City of Houston, The Houston Sun Foundation, managers, sponsors, volunteers, and/or assignees from all claims including acts of God; I/we further warrant to obey all rules, regulations and laws of the event and City of Houston. This is a family-oriented community event. Persons with obscene/explicit clothing materials, and offerings are asked not to attend. The Houston Sun Foundation reserves the right of refusal of service and/or expulsion from the event without recourse. Additionally, Parents/Guardians of Participants must attend all training sessions prior to Pageant. Parents/Guardians grant participants visible participation in photographic and digital images to be used by the Pageant.
