• Families traveling roughly 2–8 hours by car.

Note: For first-time passengers, we kindly ask for about 5 business days’ notice when possible. This helps us coordinate with physicians and volunteer pilots. If your request is more urgent, we’ll do our best and communicate along the way.

Because we rely on volunteer pilots and small aircraft, all families must have a backup plan in case weather or availability prevents a flight. We’ll talk through this together.

What happens next?

After you submit:

• A team member will contact you.
• We’ll review safety and eligibility together.
• If appropriate, we’ll request more travel details, ask passengers to sign flight waivers, and get medical verification from your child's care team.
• We’ll explore pilot and vehicle availability.
