      Vendor Dates Are:

    Sunday March 8th 12pm-4pm/The Orion 

    Friday Night March 27th Gala 5pm-9pm/The Westin

    Saturday March 29th 6pm-9pm/The Westin

    Please note that after you have paid your Vendor/Exhibitor Fee, there will not be any refunds given for any reason, unless the event coordinator cancels the event. 

    Purchase of your vendor table is non-refundable and non-transferable. 

    Anybody selling a product or advertising a service MUST apply to be a vendor and pay all applicable fee's. Anyone found to not be in compliance will be removed off of the premises.

    Sunday March 8th Vendor Booth All vendors are responsible for bringing their own set up-tables, chairs, tablecloths etc. The space will be 10x10 space. Tents are recommended, as this event will be hosted outside for the duration of the event. Tables and chairs will not be provided. You can bring items as long as they fit in this space. Payment Policy: Once your application is approved, you will receive a payment link with details about your set up. Payment must be completed within 24 hours of receiving the invoice. Payments are non-transferable and non-refundable. This space is for you and a helper so 2 people only. Any additional people will need to purchase a ticket at the gate. Suggested Attire: BOLD We’re excited to celebrate and empower women with you at this special event! *No Access to Power

    1. Introduction

    Welcome to The Women's Expo Huntsville! These terms and conditions govern your participation in and use of our event services, including any associated activities and offerings. By applying for or attending The Women's Expo Huntsville, you agree to comply with these terms and conditions.

    2. Application,Registration and Attendance

    2.1. Application: All vendors and sponsors must apply/register through our official application process. By applying, you agree to provide accurate and complete information.

    2.2. Attendance: Your registration entitles you to attend the event during the designated dates and times unless otherwise specified. We reserve the right to refuse entry or remove any participant who violates these terms or disrupts the event.

    3. Code of Conduct

    3.1. Behavior: All participants must conduct themselves in a professional and respectful manner. Harassment, discrimination, or any form of misconduct towards other attendees, staff, or exhibitors will not be tolerated.

    3.2. Compliance: Participants must comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and venue rules during the event.

    4. Intellectual Property

    4.1. Ownership: All intellectual property rights associated with The Women's Expo Huntsville, including but not limited to trademarks, logos, and content, are owned by us or our licensors.

    4.2. Use of Likeness: By attending the event, you grant us the right to use your name, likeness, and any photographs or recordings taken during the event for promotional purposes.

    5. Liability

    5.1. Disclaimer: While we take reasonable steps to ensure the safety and security of participants, we are not responsible for any loss, damage, injury, or theft that may occur during the event.

    5.2. Indemnification: You agree to indemnify and hold harmless The Women's Expo Huntsville, its organizers, and affiliates from any claims arising out of your participation in the event.

    6. Changes, Refunds, and Cancellation

    6.1. Changes: We reserve the right to make changes to the event program, schedule, or venue at any time. We will notify participants of significant changes via email or our website.

    6.2. Cancellation: In the event of cancellation due to circumstances beyond our control (e.g., force majeure), we will provide refunds to registered participants as determined by our cancellation policy.

    6.3 Refunds: There will be no refunds for any reason.

    7. Governing Law

    This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Alabama, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
