You are eligible to compete in this event if you have never competed in a USA Powerlifting event in the full power division (Squat, Bench and Deadlift) and if you have competed in a USA Powerlifting event in the past but "bombed out" and did not receive a total.

Weight classes are in Kilos. To determine which class you regsiter for, choose the weight that is above your bodyweight. For instance, if you weigh 61kg, you choose the 65kg weight class. If your scale does not weigh in Kg, take lbs divided by 2.2 and it will give you a close estimate of what your weight is in Kg. We recommend not trying to "make weight" and diet down for your first event.
