1. The Equipment
We are renting you:
One washer
One dryer
All equipment remains our property at all times.
2. Monthly Payments & Grace Period
You agree to pay a monthly rental fee using automatic billing.
A valid payment method must remain on file.
Grace Period:
If a payment fails, you will have a seven (7) day grace period to bring the account current.
After the grace period:
Service may be suspended
Equipment may be scheduled for removal
No cash or checks are accepted.
3. Minimum Term & Cancellation
This rental has a minimum term of three (3) months.
After the minimum term, the rental continues month-to-month.
You may cancel by providing 30 days written notice.
Written notice may be given by text message.
Rental charges continue during the notice period.
No refunds for partial months.
4. Delivery, Installation & Access
We will deliver and install the equipment at the approved address.
You confirm that hookups are available and permitted.
You agree to provide reasonable access for delivery, replacement, or removal.
If access is not provided when needed, fees may apply.
5. Proper Use & Care
You agree to:
Use the machines for normal household laundry only
Avoid overloading or misuse
Clean lint traps regularly
Damage caused by misuse, neglect, or abuse is not normal wear and tear and may be billed.
6. Service, Replacements & Support
We do not perform repairs.
If a unit stops working due to normal use, we will replace the unit, not repair it.
Issues must be reported by text message.
Photos or videos may be required before a replacement is scheduled.
Service timing:
Requests are acknowledged within 1 business day
Replacements are typically scheduled within 2–3 business days
Emergency service is limited to safety issues such as active leaks or electrical hazards.
7. Rental Packet & Communication
At delivery, we will provide details that include:
Contact information
Service instructions
Basic care guidelines
Service requests should follow the instructions provided in the rental packet.
8. What We Are Not Responsible For
We are not responsible for:
Plumbing, electrical, venting, or water supply issues
Property damage caused by existing conditions or improper hookups
Damage caused by misuse of the equipment
9. Loss, Theft, or Major Damage
If equipment is lost, stolen, or severely damaged beyond normal use, you may be responsible for repair or replacement costs.
10. Removal of Equipment
We may remove the equipment if:
Payments remain unpaid after the grace period
This agreement is violated
The equipment is misused
You move or lose permission to keep the equipment
You agree to provide access for removal when required.
11. Legal Basics
This agreement is governed by the laws of the state where the equipment is installed.
This document represents the full agreement between both parties.
