By submitting payment, the Client acknowledges and agrees that the deposit paid to secure the booking date is non-refundable under all circumstances.

The deposit reserves the Artist's time and services for the agreed date and will be retained in the event of cancellation, rescheduling, or no-show by the Client, for any reason.
