    This form is ONLY for CLASS ADS! If you would like to submit a Commercial Ad or an Individual Ad, please use the designated forms.

  • Classes have the opportunity to purchase an ad showing a class photo to wish their dancers good luck and to celebrate a wonderful dance year!

    Many times classes chip in together to purchase an ad for their dancer’s class. Usually one family would organize the collection and submission of the ad. These class photos can be taken by the teacher in class and provide wonderful memories of all the dance friendships made that year.

    You may choose to pay online using this form or pay with cash/check at the desk. However, all ad materials must be uploaded and submitted using this form regardless of payment type. Please note a processing fee will be applied to online payments. Thank you!

  • AD SIZE: Class ads with more than 8 students must be half page. Class ads with 7 students or less may choose quarter page or half page.

    ALL CLASS ADS WILL BE IN COLOR.

  • If you are completing your own AD:

    Upload your completed AD file (ONLY .jpg FILE FORMAT ACCEPTED) Click "File attachment" below, and upload your file from your computer . PLEASE NOTE THAT IF YOU ARE COMPLETING YOUR OWN AD, IT MUST BE "PRESS-READY" WITH PROPER SIZING AND FORMAT!
