  • 2026 Chorus Line Program COMMERCIAL AD Contract Form

    Commercial ads can be submitted for family businesses, local businesses, etc. that would like to support our dancers. Our Journal is distributed to approximately 1500 people during the show weekend. It is advantageous for local and family businesses to submit an ad since many of our families read the journal and choose to use the patrons of the journal for their personal and professional needs.

  • You may choose to pay online using this form or pay with cash/check at the desk. However, all ad materials must be uploaded and submitted using this form regardless of payment type. Please note a processing fee will be applied to online payments. Thank you!

     

    If you are interested in being featured in our program, but do not want to submit an ad, you may choose to purchase a sponsorship! We are offering Silver and Gold sponsors. If you would like to be listed as a sponsor, you do not need to pay a set up fee, you only need to purchase the level of sponsorship you desire. Silver sponsors will have their business name featured, and Gold sponsors will have their business name AND logo featured.
