America's Test Kitchen + PBS Tour Waitlist

We are currently working with the team at ATK to finalize the date for Julia and Bridget's upcoming speaking engagement. Stopping in Sacramento along their 2026 tour, they will be peeling back the curtain for an insider’s look into how the Test Kitchen works - from recipe development to product and ingredient testing. They'll share what they’ve learned after 25 years on set, including their favorite recipes and what they can’t live without in their own kitchens. They will also share techniques and tips that you can use at home and will come prepared to answer questions from the crowd. More details to come.
