Tanoshii Hawaiʻi 2026 Registration

Tanoshii Hawaiʻi (“Joyful Hawaiʻi”) Keiki Summer Camp 2026 invites children ages 8–13 on an immersive, hands-on journey into Japanese and local Hawaiʻi culture through music, art, food, language, and traditions. Over five engaging days at the Japanese Cultural Center of Hawaiʻi, campers explore creativity, teamwork, and cultural pride while learning from skilled instructors through interactive workshops, games, and cultural experiences—such as preparing and sharing food, creating art, and discovering the stories behind traditions. Designed to spark curiosity and confidence, Tanoshii Hawaiʻi nurtures respect, responsibility, and a deeper connection to heritage, empowering keiki to carry these values into their families, schools, and communities long after camp ends.

 Registration deadline: Friday, May 29, 2026

• Registration payments will be processed first before distribution of keiki camper applications!
• Upon approval of registration you'll:
  • Recieve an email link from the JCCH to complete camper and emergency information
  • Be added to our camp email list for news and updates
  • Recieve internal camp protocol, handbook, and safety measures (after the close of the registration period)

• Cancellations prior to June 19, 2026 will be fully refunded. Any cancellations on or after June 19, 2026 may not be refunded. 

• A waitlist will open when registration is full.
