          • These policies are both part of the Terms of Service, and are there to protect both me, and you. Please read before signing.

          • Privacy Policy

            Kanydio only collects information you provide either through this encrypted form or with direct communication with you. Any of this information is used exclusively for the purposes of handling your order, and will never be disclosed for any other purpose. Either upon order fulfillment or cancellation, the entirety of your provided information, excluding a business copy of your receipt, is deleted; this includes the form, project files, and any documents created explicitly to create the content for the order.

            There are exceptions to this:

            • Suspected Illegal Activity
            • Endangerment to physical well-being

            In these two cases, which are violations to this policy, Kanydio reserves the right to notify the proper authorities using the provided information, and also to cancel the commission. It does NOT give Kanydio the right to use this information for any other purpose. Information will only be retained by Kanydio for however long is required by the authorities.

            A business copy of your receipt may also be shared with PayPal should they require your order to be validated. As a result, this receipt will be kept for 30 days after your order has been fulfilled. No other information will be used for order validation, and should PayPal refuse the receipt, your order will be refunded and cancelled to protect your personal information.

             

          • Refund Policy

            Refunds are always within Kanydio’s right to exercise at any time. You are entitled to a refund if:

            • The commission is not completed within a full 7 days after the given time estimate
            • A response to your inquiry during the commission has not been given within 48 hours
            • You have cancelled your commission within 72 hours after ordering and the commission has not been completed yet.
            • PayPal refuses the order.


            If, for this commission, you are entitled to a refund or Kanydio enforces one, you are given, and only given, the exact amount that you have paid for it.
