Consultancy/Professional Firm of the Year 2026

Use the criteria below to write your submission. We haven’t provided a maximum word count, but your submission will be marked against quality rather than quantity. We strongly advise that you supply supporting images and or documents with your submission but limit your overall submission to 2mb.

This award is open to consultantancy and professional services businesses (excluding accountants) operating within the SME residential property sector, who have made a significant contribution to residential-led development projects across the North West.

The category also recognises businesses that play a key role in supporting SME developers, helping them to progress, deliver and grow successful projects.

By submitting an entry, you are committing to accommodate a Teams interview call with one/two of our judges in April to support our final decision.
