The Outstanding Contribution award recognises an outstanding individual within the SME residential property sector who has made a meaningful and lasting impact across the North West. This impact may be demonstrated through the delivery of residential-led projects, leadership within a development or property business, or by supporting and strengthening the wider SME property market.
This category is open to anyone working in the industry. Submissions should focus on individual achievement, while company successes may be referenced where they are clearly driven by the nominee’s personal leadership, influence and decision-making.
Judges will be looking for individuals who not only contribute to successful residential development, but who also play a role in supporting others within the SME property sector - whether through mentorship, collaboration, knowledge-sharing, investment, or helping emerging developers and businesses navigate and grow within the market.
There is no maximum word count; submissions will be assessed on quality rather than quantity. Entrants are strongly encouraged to include supporting images and/or documents, with the total submission size limited to 2MB.
By submitting an entry, you are committing to accommodate a judges’ interview in April, should you be shortlisted, to support our final decision.
