Community Impact Project of the Year 2026

Use the criteria below to write your submission. We haven’t provided a maximum word count, but your submission will be marked against quality rather than quantity. We strongly advise that you supply supporting images and or documents with your submission but limit your overall submission to 2mb.

This category is open for projects which can demonstrate that they best integrate with their surrounding community.

The judges will be looking for a project/initiative that has really considered and met the needs of the local community and stands out from the competition. It may include a project that has addressed a particular need such as homelessness or, had an impact on the community it has been built in.

The project must be completed or at practical completion to be considered.

By submitting an entry, you are committing to accommodate a judges’ visit in April, should you be shortlisted, to support our final decision.
