• The participant shall declare to be obligated by the general rules and regulations of the training provider and training venues, whether inside or outside Kuwait.
• The participant shall formally commit to adhere to the Code of Conduct and to uphold a professional standard of respect toward colleagues, members of the training faculty, and program officers.
• The participant shall abide with daily attendance for all training programs at their specified times whether inside or outside Kuwait, and not to be absent except due to unforeseen circumstances, while reporting the case to the concerned authority immediately and providing official evidence of the reasons for absence in order to take the necessary actions, especially in the periods of training carried outside Kuwait.
• The participant shall undertake that he/she is medically fit and able to endure the hardships of travel and mobility.
• The participant shall declare that there are no local or international judicial rulings or legal restrictions that would prevent him/her from traveling outside the State of Kuwait or from successfully completing the training program.
I, the undersigned, acknowledge and agree that in the event of any inaccuracy or incomplete information or documents submitted as part of my application, the Kuwait Institute of Banking Studies reserves the right to cancel my nomination for the program. I further acknowledge that all the above-mentioned information is true, and I accept full legal responsibility for its accuracy. In case of passing the assessment and personal interviews and any other selection parameters of the program, I am committed to attending the full program phases. I also acknowledge that I have reviewed all the terms of joining the program, and I pledge to abide by what is stated in them. I understand that applying to join the program and obtaining the bank approval does not mean acceptance into the program. The final acceptance shall be granted by KIBS in accordance with the approved admission mechanism.I grant the Kuwait Institute of Banking Studies the right to capture, record, and use photographs, videos, or audio recordings of me taken during training sessions for educational, promotional, and marketing purposes and understand that such media may be used in brochures, social media, websites, reports, and other official the Kuwait Institute of Banking Studies publications. I acknowledge that all recordings, discussions, and shared training content are considered confidential and should not be shared externally without explicit permission. I understand that my personal data collected for the program registration and participation will be stored by KIBS and may be used for training, administrative, recruitment or other professional purposes.
