DEPOSIT AND FINAL PAYMENT

To confirm your place, a non-refundable deposit of €625 is required on booking.

The final payment (balance) is due by no later than 1 July 2026.

(Early Bird balance – €1 255; Full price balance - €1 452)

CANCELLATIONS & REFUNDS

Please note that the deposit of €625 is non-refundable as this will be used to book the venue and pay other upfront costs.

All cancellations must be made in writing and will be subject to the following cancellation fees:

Cancellations up to 2 months before the start date of the retreat are eligible for a “replacement refund”. If a replacement participant is found, you’ll be refunded in full (less transaction fees incurred).
Cancellations within 2 months prior to start date - 30% will be refunded.
Cancellations within 2 weeks or less prior to start date - No refund.

These cancellation fees are in addition to transaction fees that may be levied by third parties.

CANCELLATION OF RETREAT

In accordance with standard procedure worldwide, we reserve the right to cancel a retreat should there be grounds to do so, in which event all payments will be refunded in full without any further obligation on the part of ourselves.

We are not responsible for any other travel arrangements affected due to the cancellation so please ensure you have the necessary travel insurance.
