  • This series will be in high demand, make sure that you have read and understood the booking terms and conditions below. Here is a Step-by-Step Registration Guide to aid the process.

     

    Booking Terms and Conditions

    • Event Selection: Please reserve tickets for one venue only. Reserving tickets for multiple events will result in your booking being voided. 
    • Student Registrations: All students must be fully registered via this process to attend events.
    • Student Teacher Ratio: Teachers are free to attend and 1 teacher is required per 15 students.

    • This is a Booking Request: Note that completing this form does not guarantee your places. Upon submission, a member of our team will be in contact within 2 business days with updates.
    • Confirmation Email: You will receive an automatic email to confirm we have received your registration request (check your junk / quarantine). Once reviewed, (allow 2 working days), you will receive a QR code linking to the online Student Learner Form for each student to complete. 
    • Student Learner Form: Students must submit their forms within 5 working days of the QR code issue to avoid losing their Farm Walk & Talk places. Students who do not submit their forms on time will forfeit their place. They will need their PPS number and the school roll number to complete them.
