Use the criteria below to write your submission. We haven’t provided a maximum word count, but your submission will be marked against quality rather than quantity. We strongly advise that you supply supporting images and or documents with your submission but limit your overall submission to 2mb.
This award is open to one individual (aged 35 and under) who is early in their journey in the homebuilder industry. The person to watch out for in the future that is contributing to the SME homebuilding market and has been established less than 3 years.
The entrant will have demonstrated an outstanding positive impact and demonstrated a high level of already be making a positive impact within the sector.
Entrants can nominate themselves or be nominated by a representative.
By submitting an entry, you are committing to accommodate a judges’ interview in April, should you be shortlisted, to support our final decision.
