Exploring the Hidden Human System Inside Your Practice
There are many systems inside your dental practice. Most are visible, such as Scheduling, A/R, Recare, etc. However; the most important system is hiding inside the social space created by you and your team. This invisible, incredibly powerful system promotes or blocks change, resolves or escalates conflicts, creates motivation or subtly demotivates even dedicated team members.
In this advanced 1/2-day Individualized EI Applied Workshop, we'll explore the human system hiding inside your practice. We'll use the science of Human Systems Theory to give you a deeper understanding of team interactions and help you loosen unresolved conflicts, clarify diffused power systems, find outdated legacy roles blocking forward movement, and locate the pressure points to initiate positive change.
This workshop is for those who’ve participated in the previous two days, elevated their knowledge and command of EI, and are ready to go further. Participants will be limited to eight doctors and a key team leader offered at $1250. You will have the space to map what’s really happening, discuss personalized problem-solving ideas, and finally address the recurring interpersonal friction that drains energy and pulls focus from the mission and vision of your practice.
