$100 Non-Refundable Registration Fee is due at the time of registration. If no payment is made, then your child is not registered. NOTE: This is NOT a registration form. This is an interest form. ** Your child must be 2 on or before August 31st. No children under the age of 2 can be enrolled. Reminder, spots are given to in house students first then new students. This is also a first come first serve basis. If your child is 4 and up they HAVE to be potty trained. 3 year old's MUST be in a pull up going to the restroom or fully trained wearing underwear. As for 2 year old's - diapers okay, pull ups okay, and underwear okay. We work on potty training in this class! In the event your child doesn't make it into the class, they will be placed on a waitlist in the order they are received. **
