Hello! Thank you for your interest in ASELI Cohort #7!
By applying for the ASELI program, you and your supervisor understand all requirements of this program:
1. Attend monthly virtual sessions one full day per month (typically the second Wednesday of the month).
2. Collaborate with your assigned ASELI mentor and maintain a shared professional learning log.
3. Conference participation: The teacher or coordinator must attend both the Fall and Spring ICASE Conferences. Registration fees are covered by the ASELI grant.
4. Engage actively with other ASELI teams, including participation in structured cross-team discussions and learning activities. Present a group capstone project.
5. Participate in High-Leverage Practices sessions, including discussion and application activities.
6. Complete assigned readings each month.
7. Teachers / coordinators will participate in on job shadowing experience with mentor.
8. Protect confidentiality of students, families, and staff in all discussions and professional log entries.
ASELI participants who are chosen for this program and has completed all parts of the program will be compensated $3,000, paid in 2 installments.
If substitute teachers are necessary in order for you to attend, ASELI will reimburse the school corporation a daily rate of $100.
