The Futures All Star Game is a premier, invite-only youth football showcase created to recognize and develop Indiana’s top 6th, 7th, and 8th grade student-athletes. Powered by Indiana Preps, this event brings together the state’s most promising middle school football talent for a high-level, three-day experience focused on development, exposure, leadership, and community.
Athletes are selected through a nomination, evaluation, and invitation process, ensuring that only deserving players who demonstrate skill, coachability, effort, and character are chosen to participate.
Weekend Overview
Friday Evening – Showcase & Ceremony
The weekend begins with a prospect showcase and formal opening ceremony and reception in Indianapolis. Players and families will receive official event gear, meet coaches and staff, participate in a player introduction ceremony, and learn what it means to represent the Futures All Star Game. This evening sets the tone for professionalism, accountability, and pride.
Saturday – Team Practices & Development
Athletes will participate in structured team practices led by experienced coaches. Practices focus on fundamentals, positional instruction, team concepts, and situational football in a competitive but instructional environment. This day emphasizes development, teamwork, and preparation.
Sunday – Futures All Star Game
The weekend concludes with the Futures All Star Game, where selected athletes compete in a full all-star showcase game. Players will apply what they’ve learned throughout the weekend while competing alongside the best youth talent in the state. The game serves as a celebration of achievement and growth.

Top-performing 6th, 7th, and 8th grade football players
Athletes who demonstrate strong skill, effort, sportsmanship, and leadership
Players nominated by coaches, trainers, administrators, or Indiana Preps evaluators
Selection is not guaranteed upon nomination. All nominees are carefully reviewed before invitations are extended.
