• If you left in Summer 2025: Please visit reception with your ID to collect your certificate. Certificates are available to collect from the 19th of January 2026 and available for a year at reception.

• If you left in 2024: We hold your certificate for one year. Submit this form to enquire about collection.

• If you left before 2024: We can only provide results slips. Submit this form for further assistance. If you require replacement certificates, please contact your individual exam boards directly.

We will aim to get back to you within 3 working days (term-time only). Please refer to the website for term dates.
